3X Flag-tag Peptide -25mg

Flag peptide is a hydrophilic peptide encoding 8 amino acids (DYKDDDDK), which can be used to detect specific anti-Flag monoclonal antibodies. To improve the detection sensitivity, a 3×Flag repeat peptide (3×Flag-tag Peptide) has been developed. The 3×Flag repeat peptide contains 23 amino acids and can detect up to 10fmol of fusion protein. The 3×Flag repeat peptide has been widely used to purify Flag fusion proteins and competitively bind to Anti-Flag monoclonal antibodies.

The recommended working concentration of 3×Flag repeat peptide is 100-400μg/ml.
