This product is a type II restriction endonuclease, derived from the recombinant protein encoded by the BspQI gene in Bacillus sphaericus expressed in Escherichia coli, with a recognition sequence of 5'-GCTCTTCN1/N4-3'. It is used to digest plasmids, prepare poly (A/T/G/C) end linearized DNA fragments, and obtain specific sticky ends. This product is produced in accordance with GMP process requirements and is provided in liquid form.
